Eligibility
- Citizenship: Must be an Indian citizen
- Enrolment: Must be enrolled in a regular full-time undergraduate or postgraduate programme at a University of Delhi college
- Annual family income: Annual family income must not exceed ₹8,00,000 per annum from all sources
- Academic standing: Must meet the minimum academic performance requirements as prescribed by the university
